Requesting Access to eDeposits

Complete the eDeposit Access Request Form.

Required Training

Access to the eDeposits system requires completion of the online eDeposits & Cash Handling courses in ICON.  Courses are accessed through Employee Self Service:

• Once you have logged into Self Service, click on the Personal tab.
• Locate the Learning and Development section on the page
• Click on the My Training link
• Click on the My Training button toward the top of the page
• Search for “eDeposits” in the courses search box (course number W00226)
• Click on the View Course button
• Click on the Enroll in this Course Session button
• Repeat process for Cash Handling course (course number W00337)
